Glasgow'n Laulu

Glasgow'n Laulu (Glasgow's Song) choir was formed in 2015 by Finnish expatriates yearning to sing in their mother tongue. Their repertoire consists of traditional and popular Finnish songs, and the choir performs regularly in and around Glasgow, as well as internationally in yearly choir gatherings for Finnish choirs around the world. These meetings first started in 2017 to celebrate 100 years of Finnish independence and were the brainchild of Glasgow'n Laulu's founder member, Sanna Rimpilainen.
Musical Director Outi Smith is an experienced choir conductor, vocal coach and musician. She's an inspiring leader who brings energy and humour to her practice. She is also a certified yoga teacher and has a very holistic approach to singing.
